Healing happens in safe spaces where every story is honoured. This isn’t just something I believe—it’s something I’ve lived.
I am a wounded healer. My path to this work wasn’t shaped by textbooks or theories alone, but by lived experience, by pain that demanded to be felt, and by the relentless pursuit of my own healing. I know what it’s like to carry wounds that feel too heavy, to wonder if you’ll ever feel whole again. And I know the power of being truly seen, of finding a space where your story is not just heard but honoured.
Healing isn’t about erasing the past—it’s about accepting and integrating every part of ourselves. The inner child, the younger self who once felt lost, the parts of us that carry pain, fear, and doubt—they all deserve a seat at the table. I work with parts integration, guiding you to listen to those inner voices with compassion instead of resistance. Because true healing happens when we stop fighting ourselves and start holding space for everything we are.
I don’t offer textbook therapy. My approach is intuitive, raw, and deeply personal. I don’t walk into a session with a rigid plan—I work with what is brought into the room, with what your soul is ready to reveal. Some days, that may look like deep emotional work, revisiting past wounds and speaking to parts of yourself that have long been silenced. Other days, it may be about sitting in the silence, allowing emotions to settle, finding clarity in the chaos. I follow your rhythm, your needs, your energy.
I hold space for survivors of human trafficking who are ready to move beyond survival into a life that feels like their own again. And I offer relationship therapy—not just for couples, but for anyone struggling with the relationships that shape them: family, friendships, work, love, and most importantly, the one with yourself.
Relationships are mirrors. They reflect our wounds, our fears, and the patterns we’ve carried for years. They hold the power to break us or heal us. When they feel heavy, when misunderstandings take over, when connection turns into distance, it can feel like you’re losing yourself in the process. But healing is possible. Healing doesn’t mean fixing—it means understanding, reconnecting, transforming. It’s about breaking cycles, learning new ways of showing up, and creating relationships that feel like home.
Healing is not about getting rid of pain. It’s about learning to live beyond it. It’s about taking the fragmented pieces of who you were and gently, patiently weaving them into who you are becoming. It’s about reclaiming your power, making peace with your story, and allowing yourself to grow into the person you were always meant to be.
If you feel called to step into healing, I am here to walk with you.

Healing from the trauma of human trafficking is not just about surviving—it's about rediscovering who you are beyond the pain. I understand the depths of that pain, and I'm here to offer a safe, compassionate space for you to begin your journey towards healing.
In our sessions, you will be met with understanding.
I hold space for you to be exactly who you are in that moment, without judgment, without pressure to be anything other than yourself. I believe in the power of connection—not just between therapist and client, but in the way you reconnect with yourself and others in your life.
Through this work, we explore parts integration—reconnecting with the parts of you that may have been silenced or fractured by trauma.
I approach this work with a deep sensitivity, both professionally and personally. I’ve learned that healing is not linear, and there are no timelines or expectations.
It’s about showing up for yourself, one step at a time, and reclaiming your power as you go. You are not alone in this journey. We heal together—whether in individual therapy or in the strength of the survivor community I offer through group sessions.
Your story doesn’t define you. It’s part of you, yes, but it is not all of you. Together, we’ll transform your pain into power and your journey into something that reflects the strength, resilience, and love that have always been within you.
